Shipping policy

So, once you have placed your order with HartiSwim we’ll send you a confirmation email. So, the best thing to do is go and check it over to make sure that it’s all correct. Basically, our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. Next, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped by DHL or Jersey Post, depending on where we are shipping to, with the important tracking number.

Please note ‘Rest of the world’ orders maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customers’ responsibility to pay. It might be an idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to check what you may be expected to pay.

UK orders are delivered by 48hr tracked Jersey Post. You can opt for DHL courier if you wish upon check out. Given we are on an island, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that our out with our control.

Shipping Address

Don’t forget that we will require a signature to deliver your order to the address on your confirmation, so make sure your granny, mum, brother, friend, partner – anyone basically, is home. If you know that no one will be home, don’t wait, go on to your tracking and you can arrange another time to attempt delivery at that address. If you are partial to leaving notes on your door or front porch for the delivery driver without contacting customer services, then please be aware we can’t be responsible for lost items…frankly who doesn’t want to own a piece of HartiSWIM right?   

Please remember this is a small business too. If any orders are refused, cancelled after shipping, orders that are left sitting over the returns allowance shall have any associated order costs removed from the return/refund.

Courier or Customs Delays:

Please note HartiSWIM is not bionic, telepathic, or magical. We cannot take any responsibility for delays made by couriers or customs. Sometimes when the package leaves our office in Jersey, British Isles, (on your selected service) there can occasionally be an unexpected delay, especially with climate change and all these strange weather systems right? If you miss your delivery, the courier will attempt the delivery again the next day. By making a purchase you agree with these terms of sale. HartiSWIM is based in Jersey, Channel Islands and ships orders worldwide using environmentally friendly, green shipping and couriers.

Standard 7-10 days - £12.95

Exempt Countries where Duty/VAT is due on arrival : Malta, Norway, San Marino, Ceuta.

ASIA:
International 3-5 days £25

Please consider the shipping address you provide; a signature will be required for delivery during normal business hours. If you choose to change this method with our shipping partner, we are not responsible for any items without a signature upon delivery. 

As soon as your order will be dispatched, you will receive your tracking number. We are not responsible for tracking your order or delays once it leaves our depot. Any cancelled orders will be refunded minus any costs included to us for shipping or duties & taxes that we have paid.
