Refund policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your HartiSWIM purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 28 days from the receipt for a refund.

As a new business start up, it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost for returns unless the return is a result of our error.
It’s imperative for all returns from the customer to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to ensure a refund. Don’t forget to mark your returns as ‘British Commercial Returns’ to ensure minimal delays if shipping from outside the UK / an international territory. HartiSWIM is not liable for goods which do not arrive at our office.
Any returns received outside of the 28 day time frame may be accepted at the discretion of our Customer Service Team, and may only be refunded in the form of a gift card. Your Gift Card can only be redeemed online and is valid for up to a year after it is issued to you, after which it will expire.
All return costs are to be covered by the customer, please go to our returns centre to action your return, where you will receive full instructions.
Please note we are unfortunately unable to process exchanges, please process a return for the unwanted item and place a separate order for the new items you wish to receive.
Please allow up to 5-10 days for refunds, as it varies from each provider / financial institution that you used to pay with.
So, if you happen to find any faulty items, please advise us immediately upon delivery. In circumstances where defects happen during wear, a full refund is allowed up to 4 weeks after the delivery date, providing comprehensive evidence is given.
Remember too this is #WearableArt. The swimwear will feature statement prints and graphics from Harti’s huge acrylic on canvas paintings. If there is a blotch of colour or glazing streaks on the canvas, it will be seen on the swimsuit, so this is not a mistake or fault.
It’s important to note that THIS does not include intentional damage. So don’t be messing around with sharp objects and the most important thing is to take note of our care and washing instructions. You must follow the care instructions on washing HartiSWIM, and we can tell if you haven’t (believe us, if you let it slip into a super-hot 90-degree wash, we can tell…This is #WearableArt it needs to be treated with respect. We recommend that all our swimsuits are hand washed or in a delicate wash at 40 degrees.
Return Conditions
All HartiSWIM items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, with all labels intact. Please not that any items returned to us which do not adhere to these conditions will be deemed as faulty. As a result the following may happen:
- We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.
- Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse.
Swimwear Rules
- All HartiSWIM swimwear must be returned unworn, in its HartiSWIM zip lock swim bag, with its hygiene strip intact to guarantee a full refund.
- We must stress and request that when trying on your swimwear you wear underwear in the interest of hygiene.
- Any swimwear returned without its zip lock swim bag will not qualify for a full refund.
