Kids Deckhair

Say hello to the HartiSWIM deckchair featuring the ‘Collective Subconscious’ statement graphic print which is taken from the artist Harti’s acrylic on canvas painting. It's the perfect, bold statement and pop of fun for the beach or around the pool.

All our timber frames are made with sustainable and durable hardwood, finished with teak oil. The timber is sustainably sourced with PEFC certification. We use merpauh as the timber of choice for our deck chairs. Merpauh is classified by the Timber Research and Development Association as a durable hardwood. They define durable as 15 - 25 years contact with the ground. Durability is very important to our environment, not just in terms of tree felling (if used from a non-sustainable source) but all of the other energy consumption involvled in making and transporting a deckchair. 

The printed cotton feels great to touch and has a natural 'spring to it, which makes it super comfortable. Although shower-proof, we don't recommend leaving printed cotton outside continuously. Please also be aware that cotton cannot be treated for UV protection and it will fade over time, particularly during a hot summer, so we would advise keeping it out of direct sunlight when not in use.
